Potential residents of Free port on Kamchatka, a peninsula of the Russian Far East, announced their plans to build an ethnic village with a high-class hotel in the central part of the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, the press office of the Kamchatka region told Construction.RU on Wednesday.
A land plot for the construction site has already been allotted and building preparation are launched. In the near future, the regional authorities will sign agreements with the project’s initiators.
Investments in the project are expected to total 900 million rubles. Construction of a nine-storey hotel complex for 140 rooms will be carried out on Leningradskaya Street in the vicinity of Lake Kultuchnoye.
The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2017.
