The authorities of the Nizhny Novgorod region have allotted a plot of land on lease to an investor, for the purpose to build a hotel complex in the town of Bor located near the regional capital city.
According to the agreements, the investor will allocated 650 million rubles in a 4 or 5-star hotel complex, which will include a three-storey building of a hotel, sports facilities, a trade complex.
A build-up area will amount to 5,900 square meters. The project will be implemented over the course of two years. When the facility is put in operation, 300 jobs are expected to be created.
The Nizhny Novgorod region is situated in the southeastern part of European Russia. It’s an attractive tourist destination, one of its sights, the Serafimo-Diveyevsky Monastery located in the town of Sarov, is one of Russia’s largest convents.
