Over the course of the last 10 months of this year, a volume of mortgage loans extended in Russia amounted to 1,15 trillion rubles, what is 32% more compared to the similar period in the year 2015.
As the press office of the Housing Mortgage Finance Agency (AIZhK) told Construction.RU on Monday, in October only about 73,000 such loans have been extended with a total amount of 124 billion rubles. This is 12% higher than the rates of October 2015.
According to the Agency’s experts, the mortgage upsurge is connected with a decrease of the refinancing rate’s level of National Bank. Apart from that, inflation has went down in Russia more than twofold, from 15,9 per cent to 7,4 per cent.
Based on the results of 2016, over 900,000 mortgage loans of 1,5 trillion rubles are planned to be extended in Russia. While in 2017, the achieved results might hit the record of the year 2014.
