Russian most highly paid top managers earn less than before, Forbes reveals

Gazprom CEO, Alexey Miller, leads the list of annual rating published by Forbes, entitled “25 Most Highly Paid Russian Top Managers.”




According to Forbes estimates, in 2015, Alexey Miller earned $17,7 million. However, a year earlier, the head of Gazprom held much higher position with a rate of $27 million.

The second and the third positions in the rating came to the head of Rosneft Oil Company, Igor Sechin, and the head of Sberbank, which is the circulatory system of the Russian economy and accounts for one third of its banking system, Herman Gref.

In 2015, Igor Sechin and Herman Gref earned $13 million and $11 million respectively. Meanwhile, compared to the year 2014, their salaries reduced from $17,5 million and $13,5 million respectively.
