A number of new hotels managed by international operators are planned to be put in operation in the Russian city of Tyumen by the year 2019, the press office of the regional governor announced today.
In particular, construction of a hotel of Accor international chain will be completed by the end of 2017. The hotel will have 140 rooms with a total area of 9,500 square meters.
Apart from that, the permit was issued for construction of Domina hotel. The project includes a hotel, an apart-hotel, a fitness center, a spa facility and two conference halls. The amount of investments is estimated at 2 billion rubles ($31 million).
By the year 2019, a three-star Hilton hotel is also planned to be built in Tyumen with investments totaling 500 million rubles ($7,7 million).
