Belgian billionaire pushes for building museum above Moscow River

Mark Elie Klein, a Belgian billionaire businessman and real estate promoter, offered a project of construction of a museum and tourist mega-center above the Moscow River in the capital city of Russia.




This facility is planned to be world’s only project in terms of its architectural, innovation, technological and ecological uniqueness, Mark Elie Klein said in an interview to RIA Novosti news agency on Tuesday. The area of the facility will be 50,000 square meters.

Implementation of the project will not require state financing.

This unparalleled tourist center may become a passenger crossing over the Moscow River as well. The new generation building will have three levels: a panoramic one with hotel rooms and a restaurant rotated by 360 degrees, a commercial one with boutiques and the third one will host a museum of Russian history.
