Rostselmash, the leading manufacturer of agricultural equipment in Russia based in Rostov-on-Don, intends to establish a plant for assembly of forage combine harvesters and other machinery in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The enterprise will be set up on a basis of Chirchiksky Agricultural Machinery Plant JSC, the Rostselmash’s press office announced on Tuesday.
At present, the parties are harmonizing the required documentation and carrying out a stage-by-stage project definition.
According to the plan, the first products of the joint enterprise is expected to be supplied to the Republic’s farms by spring fieldwork. First of all, the matter concerns tillage machines and equipment for crops’ chemical rustproofing.
The join project is expected to contribute to modernization of agricultural technical basis in Uzbekistan.
