On December 8th, the RF Deputy Minister of Transport, Nickolai Asaul, Minsiter of Roads and Transportation Development of Mongolia, Dangaa Ganbat, and Chinese Deputy Minister of Transport, Liu Xiaoming, signed an Agreement on international Asian road haulage.

As Construction.RU has been told today by Rosavtotrans press office, the document provides the launch of regular road cargo haulage from China to Russia through Mongolia for 4 days due to the absence of transshipment or transport operator change.

The Russian transport operators get the advantage of free access to the Chinese cargo base, an opportunity to reject transshipment and transport operator change, decreasing time and financial expenses, and an adequate decrease of the transportation component in the goods prices.
