The total amount of investments in construction of a transfer hub on a basis of “Park Podedy” (Victory Park) metro station in Moscow will be about 20 billion rubles ($327 million), a deputy director of the managing company for transfer hub construction, Mosinzhinvest LLC, Grigory Feofanov.
“This is a large transfer hub including significant commercial space. At an auction, we received three applications for the right to carry out construction from Leader, MR Group and Tashir companies. Soon the auction results will be summed up”, - said Mr. Feofanov.
In addition to infrastructure, the project includes landscaping of the adjacent territory.
“It is worth noting that the implementation of this project will bring in the city’s budget about 4 billion rubles in lease payments for land and in proceeds from the sale at the auction,” - added Grigory Feofanov.
