On Tuesday, the leaders of Singapore and Malaysia signed an agreement on the construction of a high-speed railway between the two countries.

As a reference, the Straits of Johore is an international strait located in Southeast Asia, between Singapore and mainland Malaysia.
An exact price of the project has not been revealed yet. Experts forecast that the cost might reach as much as $15 billion.
The railroad construction is scheduled for the year 2026.
