RVD-3 LLC is going to build a factory producing dry building mixes in the Dzerzhinsky district of the Kaluga region, the project is estimated at 1 billion rubles ($16 million).
This is what the company’s founder, Cheslav Chichkan said on Wednesday at a regional meeting on the issue of implementation of the national project “Affordable Housing”.
“Dry mixes factory is decided to be built, because there are thin sands in the Dzerzhinsk region. At the moment this is a topical issue in the market in connection with the development of construction,” said Chichkan.
The company plans to produce more than 20 types of dry mixes based on sand and gypsum. When the enterprise reaches its full capacity, it will release 100 tones of mixes per hour.
