A transparent mirror bridge will be built over a chasm between two mountains in the famous Wulingyuan Scenic Reserve located in Zhangjiajie in China, Designboom reports.




According to the French architect Martin Duplantie, the bridge will be a wide surface, within which water will be supplied to 2 inches every seven minutes through a nozzle. Due to the water above the bridge a cloud will emerge, what will create the feeling of walking along the Heavens for its visitors.

The structure is assembled from stainless steel and dark stone endowed with reflecting properties when it is wet. It is for this the water is needed.

In addition to the pedestrian bridge, two pavilions will be built there, one of which will house cafe, observatory.
