A hotel and shopping complex in the area of 8,160 square meters can built in the west of Moscow, reads the statement published on the website of the Moscow Committee for Construction Investment Projects and Co-Funding Construction.
“Construction of a hotel and shopping complex with an area of 8,160 square meters is planned at the address of the 2nd Karpatskaya Street (Borovskoe highway, building 16), in the Southern Administrative District of Moscow. The land area intended for construction is 0.35 hectare”, it says.
At a meeting held on the 15th of December 2016, the Moscow City Planning Commission agreed to put on auction 5 land plots for construction of objects of different functional purpose.
