The Perm authorities announced a tender for the construction of the second phase of the Eastern bypass of the city. The contract price totals 728 million rubles ($12 million).
According to the tender documentation published today on the website of public procurement, the old phase envisages the construction of a transport junction at a section from the18th to 23rd kilometer, as well as installation of outdoor lighting.
A maximum cost of the construction works amounts to 727,747 million rubles, which are planned to be allocated from the regional budget.
So, according to the tender documentation, a four-lane automobile road has to be built by the 30th of September, 2017.
Also, construction of a bridge across the Mos River is planned by the city authorities.
