Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the authorities of the Republic of Crimea to develop a program aimed at the creation of road infrastructure in the region, Interfax news agency reports.
It is executive authorities of Crimea and Sevastopol that are assigned to prepare and approve the program. According to the document, it is necessary to carry out preparations and provide the land plots with infrastructure, for the purpose to establish such a service.
After that, the regional authorities will have to allot these plots of land to small and medium-sized businesses on a competitive basis, as well as to ensure the allocation of subsidies for the projects’ implementation.
In addition, the local authorities are tasked to complete the implementation of the regional programs modernizing healthcare on the Peninsula.
