Nine investment projects worth 3.2 billion rubles ($52 million) will be implemented in the Nikolaevsk territory of the advanced development located in the Khabarovsk region, in Russia.
As Construction.RU was told today by the press office of the regional government, eight fish processing facilities are planned to be built there.
The new production enterprise will create about 2,500 seasonal and permanent jobs, while tax payments to the budget will exceed 250 million rubles per year.
A regime of the advanced development territory will be applied to an area of 531,3 thousand hectares with the cities of Nikolaevsk-on-Amur and Mnogovershinny, as well as four rural municipalities.
