Construction of an odd-shaped multi-apartment building will begin in the center of the Siberian city of Novosibirsk in the near future. It will be a business-class housing.
According to the local media, the building developer has already received permit for construction. The facility will be located at the address of Olga Zhilina Street, 23. The building will have unusual rounded corners, and one of the apartments on the ground floor will be provided with its own entrance to the street.
The project’s design involves 135 apartments that will have individual planning, and the number of rooms will range between one and six. Its courtyard is planned to be fenced and equipped with video surveillance.
The residential building is expected to be put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2018.
