In the Russian city of Pskov, new residential neighbourhood with a nursery school is planned to be built. The project is estimated at 3,7 billion rubles ($61 million).
An investor intends to build eleven multi-apartment brick buildings, the press office of the regional administration told Construction.RU on Friday.
The project is considered to be a large-scale one, that is why plots of land will be leased out to the building developer, at preferential terms and without an auction.
Over 2,000 apartments with a total area of almost 103,000 square meters will be constructed in the new residential neighbourhood.
In addition, building a nursery school for 140 beds is envisaged by the project.
