Gorn Development company headed by the founder of Donstroy, Maxim Blazhko, intends to build a complex of five residential skyscrapers near the Gagarin Square in the Donskoy district of Moscow.
An area of this high-rise residential complex will amount to 200,000 square meters. As it follows from the project’s promotional materials five towers of different height are planned to be constructed on a single stylobate. The construction site with an area of 5,6 hectares is located on the 5th Donskoy Proezd in south-western Moscow.
A projected residential area will amount to 190,000 square meters, the infrastructure will occupy 40,000 square meters.
The project also envisages the construction of a nursery school, restaurant, business, trade and medical centers, as well as spa and fitness facilities.
