A company owned by Maxim Blazhko will invest 25 billion rubles ($420 million) in the construction of a residential compound in Leninsky Prospekt situated in the southwest of Moscow, the press office of Metrium Group reports.




According to the available data, a premium-class residential compound under the name of Neskushny Home & SPA, with variable number of storeys of between 70 and 90, consists of five skyscrapers. The complex is intended to become the highest residential building in the capital city of Russia.

The project with a total residential area of 190,000 square meters will be the first one in a portfolio of the new developer’s company by Blazhko, GORN Development.
