A number of foreign tenants in Moscow and its suburbs has increased in one and a half times and accounted for 15% over the period of the New Year holidays, which lasted in Russia from the 1st to the 8th of January 2017.
This is what the press office of Inkom-Nedvizhimost told reporters on Tuesday. According to its representative, first of all, housing in the center of the capital city of Russia was in great demand among foreigners.
Experts claim that over the course of the last two and three years, interest of foreigners to urban apartments have been weakening a bit and their demand shifts towards suburban housing.
