HB Reavis, an International real estate developer, said that building on Varso Place, in Warsaw city center, was launched, Yahoo.Finance reports.
This will be one of Europe's tallest towers and two mid-rise buildings with a total area of 140,000 square meters.
The facility is planned to be completed by the year 2020. The office building, designed by famous architectural studio Foster + Partners, will have 53 storeys. The two complementary buildings, with 21 and 19 storeys respectively, are designed by Warsaw architects.
Pavel Trenka, CEO of HB Reavis Group, named it the company's “flagship development in Warsaw,” which will become “a new hub for local and international business and leisure in Poland.”
