Large logistics hub planned to be built in New Moscow

The Moscow City Architecture Committee approved a project of construction of an industrial and logistics center with an area of 315,000 square meters, in the vicinity to Marushkinskoye village located on the territories recently adjoined to Moscow, the capital city of Russia.




According to a message published on the Committee’s website, the hub will be situated in the area of 76 hectares nearby Borovskoye highway and will include 25 bulks.

“The height of the buildings will be between one and four storeys. They will have suspended facades made from sandwich panel of bright colors and a perforated sheet metal with an image of flying birds,” the press release reads.
