Construction of Sky Skolkovo, a large complex of apartments with a fitness facility and co-working, has been completed in the area of Skolkovo Innovation Center, the representative of the investor, Alexander Gordeichuk, announced on Tuesday.
“The complex includes a 12-storey three section building for 469 apartments. At present, construction and finishing activities have been fully completed. The commissioning documents are being registered,” Gordeichuk said.
He stressed that the basic peculiarity of a new building has become the application of modern energy efficient technologies.
“Special-purpose glass will be mounted on the facades, that will conserve 25% more heat and 30% less ultraviolet rays will penetrate inside, compared to the conventional ones,” he said.
