Inprom Estate, a Russian developer’s builder located in the Rostov region, in Russia, will build a trade and recreation center in the city of Volgodonsk, Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors, Igor Konovalov, told Interfax.
The project is estimated at approximately 2 billion rubles ($34 million). The facility’s construction is scheduled to start as soon as the issue of leasing out a land plot is settled.
“We will build the center over the course of 2,5-3 years, under the condition that the government of the Rostov region approves it. Pre-construction activities and surveying works will take between six and seven months more,” Konovalov added.
A total area of the facility will amount to some 50,000 square meters.
