The “Koltsovo” airport in the Siberian city of Yekaterinburg will be completely reconstructed by December, 2017, Deputy Head of the Federal Air Transport Agency, Konstantin Makhov, told journalists. The airport is actually ready to take on a great number of passengers. The second take-off runway will be put in operation in August, then the first runway will be reconstructed, Makhov added.
