A tender has been announced for the development of the social and cultural concept and financial, managerial and communication models of the park “Zariadye”. The information about it is published on the state procurement website.
The claims for the participation in the tender are admitted until February 22nd. The results will become known on March 1st. The initial maximal price of the contract is 17m roubles ($283,333).
The requirements of the tender include the condition that a winner of the tender should study foreign experience in the subject, for example, Central Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park in New-York, Millennium Park in Chicago and Gardens by the Bay in Singapore.
According to the technical documentation for the tender, the work is to be fulfilled before June 15th, 2017. The park is to be put in operation in September, 2017.
To remind you, the “Zariadye” park is being created near the Kremlin in the place of the dismounted “Rossia” hotel. Four natural zones with artificial microclimate will be arranged there. The cost of the project totals 13 blnroubles ($22.7 bln).
