The Housing Policy Committee of the State Duma has supported the amendment on the prolongation of the program of free privatization of housing. It may even become termless, and for categories of Russian citizens.
Earlier, the State Duma adopted the draft bill in the first reading on prolongation of free privatization until JAanuary 1st, 2020 for some categories – Crimeans, orphans, resettlers from dilapidated housing. For all the rest privatization was to finish in March, 2017.
Now deputies have changed their mind: amendments are provided prolonging the action until January 1st, 2019 for all categories, and termless for children-orphans
