The Georgian Ventures & Investment and Salim Ali Al Shamsi Real Estate (UAE) companies are going to build a mini-town for 5,000 people near Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, Interfax reports referring to a manager of the Arab company, Akbar Kureshi.
According to him, the joint project is to occupy the territory of 35 hectares: residential blocks and individual houses, a 4-star hotel, restaurants and cafes will be built there. Presently, a tender for contractors choice is being arranged. They are to start in several months.
The project of the Saguramo Gardens mini-town is supposed to be implemented for four years. The total investment and the companies’ shares are not known yet, as the information is confidential.
Both the companies are well-known in their countries.
