Moscow authorities demand that investors should build high quality housing, improve the surrounding territory and construct nursery schools, schools, health care centres and sports objects.
Moscow Mayor, Sergei Sobianin, spoke on it today in the course of his visit to the new residential area near the “Nagornaya” metro station, where the investors built a primary school with a nursery school department.
According to Sobianin, investors built about 150 social objects in 2011 – 2016. Most of them were donated to the city. Moscow Planetarium, the “Russian Song” theatre, the “Cherry Garden” theatrical centre, a sports and medicine centre, 8 health care centres, 38 educational institutions, etc. are among them.
