Investments in the shopping center Vegas, which the Crocus Group company plans to build on the Kievskoe highway in Moscow, will amount to 15 billion rubles ($259 million), the company’s president, Aras Agalarov, told Ria Novosti on Friday.
“We have a site on the Kievskoe highway, purchased to establish there the fourth Vegas shopping and entertainment complex. The project is now at the design stage”, – Agalarov said.
According to him, construction is scheduled to begin this year and the facility is planned to be built within three years.
Aras Agalarov pointed out that there is a possibility to begin the construction on a non-credit basis or the company will be credited at the very end of the construction activities, when the project nears completion.
