Sverdlovsk arbitration court dismissed a claim filed by the regional Ministry of State Property Management with the requirement to demolish a temporary mosque in the center of the Russian city of Yekaterinburg.

According to the Ministry, the defendant in the face of the religious organization Nur Usman has no permit for the building’s construction. In turn, the representatives of the defendant said that the organization was not legally responsible for the construction, but was ready to hold talks about building a full-fledged mosque, Kommersant newspaper writes on Tuesday.

As the Ministry’s press secretary, Yulia Vershetskaya, said, it was the inspection carried out by the Prosecutor's office that became the basis of the legal action’s initiation.
