Major logistic hub to be built in Vladivostok free port

A resident of Vladivostok free port, located in the Russian Far East, will build a logistic hub of B category in the Primorye territory. The project is estimated at 810 million rubles ($14 million).




As Construction.RU was told today by the press office of the Ministry for Development of Russian Far East, the object will be contracted by Dilan logistics complex LLC in the Nadezhdinsky district of the region.

In this connection, the Ministry prepared a draft decree of the government of the Russian Federation on exclusion of two plots of land with an area of 6,7 hectares from “Nadezhdinskaya” territory of advanced social and economic development.

Construction activities at the site are scheduled to be completed in 2019. Investments in the project implementation include 200 million rubles of proprietory funds of the company and 608,6 million of the borrowed ones.
