A rehabilitation center, specialized in heart diseases, will appear on the coast of the Solyonoye Sea in Bataysk, located in the Russian region of Rostov, the press office of the city administration told Interfax on Wednesday.
“A health center will be built on a plot of land with an area of 5.5 hectares. Construction of a multi-purpose diagnostic center, hotel, swimming pool, artificial reservoirs and a park is planned there as well,” the agency’s source said.
The construction is carried out by an investor from Israel. At the first stage, he will prepare a project concept, which will be further submitted for agreement to Bataysk city administration. This procedure is expected to take no more than two months. The second stage involves designing of the health complex and the third one envisages the construction itself and personnel training.
