Bids for building and designing of a fencing construction on the US-Mexico border can be submitted to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Potential contractors will be able to take part in the bidding in early March. The first contracts might be concluded as early as April.
According to Associated Press, solicitation will be available in electronic format approximately on the 6th of March. Bidding period will last until the 10th of March. Those companies that will go to the finals, will have to present specified proposals on an estimated value of the project until the 24th of March.
Earlier, US President Donald Trump announced that the wall construction on the border between the USA and Mexico would be launched ahead of schedule.
