“Kaltanskoe” greenhouse complex has been put up for sale in the Kemerovo region for 770 million rubles ($13 million).
The facility, which was reconstructed three years ago, currently undergoes the bankruptcy proceedings, Kommersant newspaper writes.
According to the documentation, the production complex with a block of winter greenhouses, four land plots with an area of 15.5 hectares and heating pipes with a length of 7.6 kilometers are ready for sale.
Until 2013, “Kaltanskoe” built in 1980s operated as a greenhouse enterprise, after that the building was acquired by entrepreneurs from the city of Novokuznetsk, who have invested in the facility their own credit funds totaling 390 million rubles.
