VIYM investment fund, owned by Andrei Yakunin, a son of the former head of JSC Russian Railays Vladimir Yakunin, announced the official opening of a four-star hotel complex Spenglers Hotel in Davos, the company’s press release says.




Operational opening of the first seven apartments in Hotel Spenglers took place in mid-December, 2016, following the completion of the first stage of reconstruction of a three-star Alexander Grand Hotel into a four-star hotel complex, the message notes.

There will be a total of 80 rooms and a complex for the 31 apartments. The facility is scheduled to be fully put in operation in the third quarter of 2018.

A design concept of the hotel complex was developed by Woods Bagot architectural company.
