Chinese investment company to build multiuse center in Vladivostok

Huamin, a Chinese investment corporation, is likely to launch construction of a multiuse center with offices and hotels in the Russian city of Vladivostok in three of five years, a deputy director general of the company, Li Zheng, told RIA Novosti on Friday.




“We consider different regions. If a project in Moscow proves to be successful, we are going to develop similar project in Vladivostok and, possibly, in Sochi and Kazan,” Li Zheng explained.

At present, a Chinese business center is under construction in the capital city of Russia. The facility, which will be located in northeastern Moscow, is scheduled to be completed in summer next year.

According to the company’s director general, a volume of investment in the new project has not been determined yet. He added that Chinese investors showed great interest in such projects.
