Pradera Fund, one of Europe’s leading specialist retail property fund and asset managers, intends to invest €900 million in the purchase of 25 retail parks with a total area of 538,000 square meters in Europe, the press release by JLL, the transaction’s consultant, reads.
“A portfolio of retail park includes about 500 facilities located in the vicinity of IKEA stores. Completion of the transaction over 17 retail parks in Germany, France and Poland is expected for the 4th of April, 2017, while that over retail parks in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, the Czech Republic and Switzerland is scheduled for the 31st of August,” the statement says.
Pradera Fund was established in 2000 and is specialized in retail facilities in South Europe.
