Diplomatic scandal between Turkey and the Netherlands erupted after on March 11, the government of the latter was denied landing of an aircraft with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu. After that, the authorities of Rotterdam did not allow the Minister for Family Affairs of Turkey, Fatma Betul saillant Kaya in a building of Turkish consulate. The decision of the local authorities sparked protests in the city.
