In 2017, a French business mission is likely to arrive in Russia to explore the possibility of participation in joint projects on urban environment and housing, Russian Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities, Mikhail Menn, told reporters at MIPIM exhibition.
According to him, the preliminary agreement on this issue was reached within the framework of the activity of a working group “Construction, Housing and Communal Services and Territories’ Development”.
It is assumed that the Russian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Union of Enterprises for Development of Energy Efficiency and Environmental Safety, the French Agency for Energy and Environment will take part in the work of the business mission.
The main topics of the meetings will be an urban environment, regulation of the water sector’s functioning and waste management.
