The government of a self-proclaimed region of Kosovo adopted a decision to assign all real property located on this territory, which was registered on Yugoslavia, Serbia and the Autonomous province of Kosovo, a statement released on Wednesday said.
The document that was signed by Chairman of Kosovo’s government, Isa Mustafa, stated that the property would be registered in the name of the Republic of Kosovo. The Kosovo Cadastral Agency has already been tasked to immediately proceed with the change of ownership.
According to Belgrade’s agency Beta, the matter concerns real estate owned by the state and military administration, as well as the assets of former public and political organizations.
