The cheapest apartment within the Garden Ring of Moscow is put up sale for 4,99 million rubles ($86,5 million), the press office of CYAN online platform for the sale and rent of real estate announced on Thursday.
This is a studio with an area of 20.2 square meters, once the former part of the four-room apartment, which following the redevelopment was divided into four separate studios. The lot is located in a brick five-story building constructed in 1957 near the Kursk railroad station.
The second position among the most affordable apartments in the historical center of Moscow holds a lot with an area of 24 square meters. It is an apartment in a brick five-storey building of 1929 located five minutes walk from the Sukharevskaya metro station. It is estimated at 7.2 million rubles, according to the press release.
