The authorities of the Kaliningrad region, Russia, have approved an investment project for the construction of a large greenhouse complex producing vegetables.
As Construction.RU was told on Thursday by the press office of the regional administration, a large agricultural production facility will be erected in the village of Pervomaiskoye located in the Gusev district of the Russian region of Kaliningrad. The project is estimated at 1,5 billion rubles ($26,5 million).
It is expected that 116 jobs will be created at the enterprise.
For the purpose of rendering a support to the investor, the local authorities will lease out a plot of land without holding an auction.
