Norilsk Nickel, a Russia’s nickel and palladium mining and smelting company, signed a contract with RCP Investments II Ltd. on the sale of the stake in a company owning Legion TI business center, RIA Novosti reports on Monday.




The contract is estimated at $100 million, as it follows from the company’s statement.

The deal, which is a part of Norilsk Nickel’s program for the realization of non-core assets, has been approved by the company’s Board of Directors on the 30th of March. The deal is scheduled to be closed until the 10th of April.

Legion TI business center is an office complex of A category located on Bolshaya Tatarskaya Street in Moscow.
