A developer has embarked on the building of a 69-storey residential tower, which is planned to be located in under construction Neskuchny home & spa residential complex in the Donskoy district of the capital city of Russia.
The structures located on the development area of Neskuchny home & spa residential complex have been already dismantled. Mounting of a piled foundation of the first phase has been launched.
Neskuchny home & spa residential complex is being constructed with the address at the 5th Donskoy Proezd, building 21. The complex includes five towers with the height from 40 to 70 storeys and has a futuristic design.
A total build-up area amounts to 190,000 square meters. The first phase envisages the construction of 367 apartments and penthouses with an area of between 45 and 400 square meters.
