Chinese tourists and entrepreneurs are getting increasingly interested in the Russian wine industry, the general director of Massandra company, Yanina Pavlenko, told RIA Novosti news agency.
According to her, last year, trips to the Crimean winery was in great demand among Chinese, and, this year, the number of partners from this Asian country has doubled.
“Even despite the fact that the logistics is complicated enough — it takes about two months to deliver the product from the factory to a store — we keep on receiving new proposals from Chinese partners who want to cooperate with the enterprise. Compared to the last year, the number of partners has increased twofold,” — Yanina Pavlenko said.
