The share of Asian companies renting housing for their employees in Moscow accounts for 37% among other corporate employers, as it follows from a report made by Inkom Real Estate company.
“20% of demand on the market of housing rent in Moscow accrues to corporate tenants: for the first time during the crisis, the figure of the year 2013 has been exceeded. Four years ago, 10% of the demand was realized by tenant companies from Asian countries, but at the moment, their share has substantially increased, up to 37%,” the company’s press release reads.
In addition, an increase in European tenants due to entrepreneurs from the Balkan Peninsula has been marked.
