The priciest secondary apartments offered in the capital city of Russia will cost a buyer almost 1 billion rubles less. Thus, a two-level apartment with an area of 1256,4 square meters located on the 12th and 13th storeys of Moskva hotel are offered at a price of 3,511 billion rubles ($61,3 million).
