In 2020, Sfera Lesa LLC (through SGM LLC owned by a Russian billionaire Arkady Rotenberg) plans to build the first VIP hotel of a tourist and recreational type in the Turquoise Katun special economic zone in the Altai Territory in Russia.
This is what the SEZ’s Director General, Alexey Repin, told Interfax news agency on Thursday.
“The company plans to invest 1,1 billion rubles in the construction of a guest complex based on the premium segment of the property”, - he said.
Currently, the investor is developing the project documentation for the tourist complex and is preparing a package of documents required for the design.
The area allocated to Sfera Lesa LLC in the SEZ is situated between the maintenance and base and an artificial lake.
